Lubrication schedule
Refer Lubrication
to
Lubricate the grease nipple on the pivot axle with a
A
grease gun.
Lubricate the grease nipple on the wheel axle with a
B
grease gun.
Replace the filter.
C Replace the hydraulic oil.
Do a check of the hydraulic oil level.
D Lubricate the grease nipple with a grease gun.
Replace the engine oil.
E
Do a check of the engine oil level.
F Replace the oil filter.
Always use good quality grease. Always use
recommended oil, refer to
29 .

For Parker HT-1000, replace each 750 h. For other qualified hydraulic oils, first change 750 h, then
each 500 h. For other hydraulic oils not listed, first change 750 h, then each 250 h.

Replace engine oil each 50 hours when operating with a heavy load or at high ambient temperatures.
