Possible cause and solution
Droplets of water have settled between the water
container and the side walls of the housing, or this
area is damp (see illustration).
Dry the surfaces. Take the water container out to
refill it with water.
There is too much residual water on the inside walls
of the water container, e.g., a biofilm has developed.
Or the water container has a build-up of limescale.
Clean the water container every day.
The water container is not in the correct position.
Remove the water container and push it back in
again.
The water container was not correctly filled up and
inserted during descaling.
Fill the water container to the descaling mark°
and restart the descaling program.
The coffee machine needs descaling.
Switch the coffee machine off with the On/
Off button . Wait approx. one hour.
Switch the appliance back on again. As soon as
appears, tap the sensor button and
PreHeating
then select
Descale the appliance
Descale the coffee machine.
