Why can't find the drivers and applications?

You may accidentally remove them. Refer to the following to retrieve them.

The drivers are stored on the fourth recovery disc if you have created the
recovery CDs and in the DRIVERS folder on your computer. To open the folder;
1. Click start – My Computer.
2. Double-click SHP_V2310U(C:) – Program Files – SHARP – DRIVERS.

The applications are stored on the fourth recovery disc if you have created the
recovery CDs. Without the recovery CDs, you need to reinstall the operating
system from the hard disk.
If you are not sure how to install them, consult local service staff.
What is the serial number for WordPerfect® Office 12?

When installing the WordPerfect® Office 12 from the created CD, you must enter
the following serial number to complete the installation.
Serial Number: WO12WRX-0000027-NDQ
