Safety information

To ensure safe operation of the appliance, follow the safety guidelines
below:
DANGER – RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK!
Always check the mains cable and plug before use. To avoid the risk of
injury, damaged mains cables should be replaced by the manufactur-
er, its service agent or a similarly qualified person.
Do not kink or crush the mains cable or run it over sharp edges or
near hot surfaces or objects. This may damage the insulation of the
mains cable.
When not in use and before cleaning the appliance, always unplug
the mains cable from the mains socket.
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids. There is a risk
of electric shock!
Never expose the appliance to moisture and do not use it outdoors.
If any liquid gets into the housing, disconnect the appliance from the
mains socket immediately and have it repaired by a qualified techni-
cian.
Never hold the appliance, mains cable or mains plug with wet hands.
Do not clean the appliance with abrasive sponge scourer.
Detached particles from the sponge can come into contact with
electrical components and cause an electric shock.
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
Do not allow children to play with packaging materials. Risk of suffo-
cation!
Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down before removing
or inserting accessories.
When not in use and before cleaning, always pull the mains plug out
of the mains outlet. Always unplug the mains cable from the mains
outlet by the pulling on the plug, not the cable itself.
