Replacing Compressor (1)

Step 1 Disconnect the power supply;

Step 2 Reclaim the refrigerant;

Step 3 Disconnect the cables from the

compressor;

Step 4 Fix the angle valve nuts shown by 1

and 3 in Figure using two adjustable

wrenches, and turn the angle valve nut

shown by 2 in Figure counterclockwise

using a torque wrench. Remove the suction

and discharge angle valves and seal the air

intake and exhaust vents to ensure that the

system is clean and moisture does not enter

the pipes;

Step 5 Loosen the bolts and take out the

compressor;
