Step 1 Disconnect the power supply, close the water inlet for the infrared
humidifier;
Step 2 Remove the four wiring terminals connecting the manual and automatic
reset switches at the bottom of the water pan using combination pliers, as
shown in left Figure;
Step 3 Pull out the self-overflow vent and drain the water from the water p
an. After the water is drained, remove the drainpipe, remove the two screws
on the right of the infrared humidifier, as shown by 1 and 2 in right Figur
e;
