Lemon Sponge Cake
Ingredients (2~3 servings)
Eggs
Lemon
Caster sugar
Baking powder
Butter

Soften the butter, grate the lemon peel with a grater.

Spread the melted butter (in addition to the portion in the ingredients)
in a thin layer in an inner pan.

Beat the softened butter and caster sugar with a whisk until the sugar dissolves, gradually add the egg while whisking and mix
well, then add the lemon peel crumbs and mix well.

Pour the batter into the pan and select the "CAKE" function to start cooking.

Daikon
Ginger

Wash the ribs and daikon, chop the ribs into small pieces 3cm wide, cut the daikon into pieces and slice the ginger.
