Operation and Programming
OUT
BNC connector that supplies an outputfrom the IF
amplifier. The down-converted signal in the
78—375 MHz range is available for monitoring.
PULSE
OUT
BNC connector that supplies the envelope of the
input pulse. Signal can be used to measure the
pulse width or PRF of the RF input. Can be used to
trigger a delay generator for frequency profile
measurements.
GATE
BNC connector that supplies a gating signal,
derived from the IF pulse burst, that is used to
drive the 5345A CATE CONTROL INPUT.
OUT
Hewlett-Packard Interface Bus connector. Accepts
HP-IB system signals for remote control of the
plug-in functions. Refer to HP-IB programming
paragraph 3-58 for details.
HP-IB Address switches (Ai—As). These switches
are used to assign the HP-IB address code {listen
only) to the 5355A. Refer to paragraph 3-62.
