TV Features
Positioning
the TV
The TV's built=in speaker array can be set up to reflect
sound off the room walls to create a surround sound effect.
Center the seating area in front of the TV and at
meast six feet away,

Enter the room dimensions and layout information
requested in the screen. To change measurements,
press A Y or enter numbers using the remote con-
trol's keypad.

From the Sound > SoundPro
menu go to the
CUSTOM menu.
Connecting
the TV
To hear digital surround sound, the TV must be con-
nected to a digitaB surround sound source.
The sur=
round sound source can be on an HDMR input or the
ANT input (for some digitaB broadcasts).
Other stereo
connections
will provide DoBby Pro Logic surround
sound.
Position yourself in your usual viewing location.
Remain in this position, looking at the TV, while
making the following adjustments.
Manual
Setup
Manual setup is available for aft models.
Note:
If you have already performed Auto setup, any
manual adjustments
will erase all settings cre=
ated during Auto setup.
