Follow the below steps to change the Min and Max device instance ranges:

The device gets added to the database.
Navigate to BacnetNetwork > HonBacnetDeviceConfig and open the AX
property sheet of HonBacnetDeviceConfig.
Set the required Min and Max ID range and click Save.
