Appendix 1 Cautions in registering with DG-ASM100

If connection is performed as the same as the connection example at system construction, be aware of the fol-
lowing when the BOX is registered with DG-ASM100:

Encoder icon and displayed image
If the BOX is registered, the encoder icon is displayed in the device tree panel, but the same image is displayed
for all of 4 inputs (camera icons).
a. Connect an analog camera to "Input 2" of "DG-NT314" and register "BOX_2".
In the device tree panel, 4 camera icons are displayed. Whichever camera icon is selected, the same image
via "Camera 2" is displayed.
When camera control is performed on DG-ASM100
The input port number (camera icon) of the BOX (encoder icon) connected to the applicable camera needs to
be selected.
b. Connect the analog camera "3" to "Input 3" of "DG-NT314" and register "BOX_3".
To control the view angle of "Camera 2", the No. 2 image of "BOX-NT314-CH2" needs to be displayed in
advance and control the angle.
To perform efficient camera control, appropriate icon naming and "Grouping" are recommended.
