" To change the angle

You can change the angle of view when playing a DVD disc that contains scenes
recorded from multiple angles.
When " " is displayed in the upper right cor-
ner of the TV screen, press the ANGLE button
repeatedly to select the desired angle
number.
Notes:
! Refer to the manual of the disc as the operation may vary depending on the disc.
! Some DVDs prohibit changing the angle.
! The angle number is not displayed if there is no other angle recorded. " " is dis-
played instead.

" To zoom images (zoom)

You can magnify images during playback.

During playback, press the ZOOM button
whilst holding down the SHIFT button.
Each press cycles through the zoom settings as follows:
ZOOM X 1.5 ZOOM X 2

To shift the view and display the desired
part of a zoomed image, press the , ,
button repeatedly.
To return to normal view:
! Whilst holding down the SHIFT button, press the ZOOM button repeatedly to
select "ZOOM OFF".
! When you cancel the zoom function, you cannot shift the view.
Notes:
! Images may become distorted when zoomed.
! Subtitles cannot be zoomed.

" To play repeatedly (repeat play)

You can play a chapter (track) or a title repeatedly by specifying it during playback.

"CHAPTER REPEAT ON" Repeats the chapter currently
Repeats the title currently
"TITLE REPEAT ON"
"REPEAT OFF"
Normal playback.
The repeat play mode changes as follows on SVCD/VCD/audio CD:
"REP-ONE" Repeats the track currently
Repeats the disc currently
"REP-ALL"
"REPEAT OFF"
Normal playback.
To return to the normal playback, press the 1/ALL REPEAT button
repeatedly and select "REPEAT OFF".
