4. Start one screw into each mounting hole.
5. Carefully tighten each screw until just firm. Do NOT over tighten
6. Replace the front panel on the Base Cabinet.

The HECP1A shield is not needed for rack-mount base cabinets. The HECP1A is only
installed on wall/floor-mount base cabinets, as shown in the figures above.
Important Note: The HECP1A shield must be installed on the wall/floor-mount base cabinet to
