 Changing the Display Language
To change the operator panel display language, follow these steps:
 
1. Press Scroll (<>) to select Setup and press Select (P).
 
2. Press Scroll (<>) to select Device Setup and press Select (P).
 
3. Press Scroll (<>) to select Language and press Select (P).
 
4. Press Scroll (<>) to display the required language. The available languages are English, French, and Spanish.
 
5. Press Select (P) to save the selection.
 
6. Press Cancel (V) to return to Standby mode.
 Select Country
To change the country that appears on the operator panel, follow these steps:
 
1. Press Scroll (<>) to select Setup and press Select (P).
 
2. Press Scroll (<>) to select Device Setup and press Select (P).
 
3. Press Scroll (<>) to select Select Country and press Select (P).
 
4. Press Scroll (<>) to display the country you want and press Select (P).
 
5. Press Cancel (V) to return to Standby mode.
 Setting the Time and Date
The time and date are printed on all faxes and must be set after the initial installation.
NOTE:
You may need to set the correct time and date if the power supply to the printer is lost.
To set the time and date, perform the following steps.
 
1. Press Scroll (<>) to select Setup and press Select (P).
 
2. Press Scroll (<>) to select Device Setup and press Select (P).
 
3. Press Scroll (<>) to select Date & Time and press Select (P).
 
4. The current settings are displayed. Press Scroll (<>) to select the setting to change and enter the correct value.
NOTE:
If the Clock Mode is set as 12 Hours, scroll to (AM/PM) and press any numeric key to switch between the two.
NOTE:
The date is in the following format: mm/dd/yyyy
 
5. Once satisfied, press Select (P). Data Entry OK is displayed and the LCD returns to the Device Setup menu. If Enter Again is displayed, the selection is
invalid. Make any necessary corrections and press Select (P).
 
6. Press Cancel (V) to return to Standby mode.
NOTE:
The default setting for time format is 24 hours. If a 12 hours clock setting is required. For information on how to change the clock mode, See
