Cheese and Ham Filled Potatoes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:

medium sized potatoes
100 g
ham, finely diced
3 tablespoons
snipped chives
40 g
butter

grated Cheddar cheese

Method:
Place potatoes on a dinner plate. Cook on HIGH for 5 to 7
minutes. Allow to stand for 4 minutes. Cut off tops of potatoes
and scoop out filling. Mash filling with remaining ingredients.
Spoon filling into potatoes. Cook on HIGH for 3 to 5 minutes.
To Cook by Auto Menu:
Place potatoes on a dinner plate. Cover with plastic wrap.
Select Root Veg.

Cheesy Mashed Potatoes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
500 g
potatoes, peeled and quartered

cup
water

Method:
Place potatoes and water into a 2-litre casserole dish. Cover
and cook on HIGH for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain. Mash potatoes
with a potato masher. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cook
on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir well before serving.
Herbed Vegetables
Serves: 6 to 8
Ingredients:
200 g
sliced snow peas
200 g
sliced carrots
200 g
sliced zucchini
2 tablespoons
chopped parsley
Method:
In a 2-litre dish combine all vegetables. Cover and Cook on
HIGH for 3 minutes. Stir and Cook on HIGH for a further 2 to 3
minutes.

Duchess Potatoes

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
500 g
potatoes, peeled and quartered

water

egg, lightly beaten

cream

salt and white pepper
Method:
Place potatoes and water in a 2-litre casserole dish. Cover and
cook on HIGH for 10 to 12 minutes. Drain well and mash.
Preheat oven on Grill 1. Add egg and cream, mix until smooth.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Grease a round baking
tray with melted butter. Place potato mixture into a piping bag
and pipe mixture into approximately 5 cm circles on the baking
tray. Place on High Rack and cook on Grill 1 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Mini Baked Potatoes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
500 g
halved chat potatoes
oil, for brushing
1 tablespoon
dried thyme
Method:
Place potatoes in a shallow dish. Brush with oil, and sprinkle
with thyme. Place on High Rack and cook on Grill 1 for 15
minutes. Turn over and rearrange. Cook on Grill 1 for another
15 minutes.
Vegetable Curry
Serves: 4 to 6
Ingredients:

onion sliced
2 tablespoons
green curry paste
3 cups
sliced vegetables
1 can (440 g)
chick peas, drained
1 cup
coconut milk
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
1 tablespoon
soy sauce

cup
chopped nuts

Method:
In a 3 litre dish place onion and curry paste. Cook on HIGH for
2 minutes. Add vegetables, chick peas, coconut milk, lemon
juice and soy sauce. Cook on HIGH for 7 to 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with nuts.
