Set the heart rate zone you want to
maintain while exercising.
Use C/D to select, and then press A.
An alarm sounds if you are outside the set heart
rate zone.
Note:
You can check or change the value set for the heart
rate in each heart rate zone in User Settings.

Check the set content.
Press A.

Complete the settings.
Hold down A.
The measurement screen is displayed.
Note:
❏ When HR is set to ON, the battery life for the device
is reduced. When you are not using the HR monitor,
set HR to OFF.
❏ If you want to turn off the alarm that notifies you
when you are outside the set heart rate zone, select
OFF in step 5.
