Index Search
T h e VC R has a "V HS In d e x S e a r ch S y s t e m" th a t
automatically records an index mark on the tape every
t im e yo u st ar t a re c o rd in g .
D uri n g pl a y b a c k yo u c a n lo ca te th e pro g ra m y o u wa nt t o
pl a y by th e nu mber o f in d e x m a rk s o r b y s c a n n in g. T he
VCR will search forward or reverse from the location you
ar e on t he t a p e .
To Search:
1. Press STOP.

Zero Search
The zero search feature enables the VCR to quickly return
to a count er r e a d i n g o f 0 :0 0 :0 0 a n y wh e re o n t h e t a pe. T his
is especially convenient when you want to repeat a
se g m e n t o f the tape s e ve ra l tim e s .
