1 . Pr e ss IN F O twi c e to d is p la y th e time c o u n t e r.
2. Press CLEAR to reset the time counter to 0:00:00.
3. Press FORWARD to forward the tape until the time
counter reads 0:30:00.
4. Press STO P . Thi s i s th e a p p r o xi m a t e e n d o f t h e
pr ogr am.
(You may want to press PLAY to verify.) Now, you can
b e g i n r ecord ing a t th i s s p o t.
5. Press I NF O to r e m o v e th e tim e c ou n t e r fro m th e
scre e n a n d r etur n to th e n o r m a l d is p la y m o d e .
On-Screen Displays
The lNFo button shows the status of the vcR (sroB PLAY,
R E CO RD, et c .), c h a n n e l n u m b e r, tim e c o u n t e r, d a t e , t ime,
an d tape spe e d o n th e TV s cr e e n . T h e d a t e a n d time mus t
be set before they can be displayed.
