Lift the handset.

Enter the appropriate code to remove the extension
from the group.
If the extension belongs to more than one group:

Enter the number for the group (e.g., 770/780)

Wait for a confirmation tone.

UCD subscriber groups

Each UCD (Uniform Call Distribution) subscriber group
is formed by a maximum of 32 extensions. These exten-
sions are assigned to answer calls destined to a specific
number that identifies the group.
The users of these extensions are called agents.
A maximum of 10 UCD groups can be configured.

Enter the UCD group number.

Wait for the call to be answered.

Start conversation.

Internal or external calls to a UCD subscriber group are routed to
the extension that has been free the longest. Calls made to a spe-
cific extension do not affect the way calls are distributed.

UCD subscriber groups are used for voice mail functions.
