When a hide-away DAB tuner (e.g., GEXP700DAB) is connected, you can set the
product in this mode so that a traffic information interruption from the hide-away DAB
tuner takes precedence over this product's RDS traffic announcement (TA) function.
"ON" appears in the display.
Press
again to turn the DAB priority setting off.
You can select to the DAB priority setting mode only when a separately sold hide-away DAB
tuner (e.g., GEX-P700DAB) is connected.
When the selected service component supports road traffic flashes and transport
flashes, DAB reception is not interrupted by this product's RDS traffic announcement
(TA).
Interruption is by the first received news flash, either this product's RDS or the hide-
away DAB traffic information broadcast.
During the preset station PI seek operation, you can switch the auto PI seek function
on or off. (Refer to "Using the PI seek function" on page 31.)
"ON" appears in the display.
Press
again to turn the auto PI seek off.
The attenuator lets you lower the volume level quickly (by about 90%).
Press
until "ATT" appears.
"ATT" appears in the display.
Press ATT again to turn the attenuator off and return to the original volume level.
You can turn the time display on or off.
Press
until "CLK" appears.
The light illuminates.
Press
again to turn the time display off.
If you press
and exit
the calendar and time mode, the
time display will appear instead of
the source name.
If you do not operate the function within about 60 seconds, the display is automatically
returned.
