The Report Method That Cannot Be Used
– "Report to Client" method cannot be used. Although no error appears even if you
enable this method, it just does not work.
– "Command execution (Run command)" method and "Pop-up Message"
method are not supported. We will support them in a future version.
About CPU load monitoring
Because of Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2
problem, the memory leak may occur on CPU Load
Monitoting.
If you don't need the CPU load monitoring, please remove the module of the CPU load
monitoring.
HOW to remove:
1) Double click on [Administraive tool]-[Services] on the Control Panel.
2) Right-click on "ESMCommonSerivce" and select the "stop"
3) change the file name of "%SystemRoot%\system32\cpuperf.esr" as Follows.
"cpuperf.esr" -> "cpuperf.bak"
*In the case of x64 Edition, please change the following file.
"%SystemDrive%\Windows\SysWOW64\cpuperf.esr"
4) Right-click on "ESMCommonSerivce" and select the "start".
