dialling a telephone number, or to redial the

Used to start Abbreviated Dialling (See pages
54 and 63.), or to enter a space when
recording a telephone number.

SUB–ADDR
FLASH
Used to access some features of your PBX,
or to separate the Sub-address from the
telephone number when dialling.
MONITOR
(Accessible when the FAX Mode is selected)
Used to start On-Hook Dialling or to make
voice contact request. (See page 68.)

Keypad
In FAX Mode, these keys are used for Manual Number
Dialling, recording phone numbers, and selecting functions.
These keys also perform a specific operation, when
immediately pressed after the FUNCTION key.
In COPY Mode, the number keys (0 to 9) specify the number
of copies to be made and the pound
number of copies or other settings.
Used to temporarily change Dialling Mode to Tone when
Pulse Mode is set.
Control Panel
Used to cancel operations. When
pressed, the machine returns to
STOP
standby.
Used to start operations.
