The built-in flash memory format failed. When the built-in flash memory format failed, this

Cause
You tried to charge the battery outside the
charging temperature range of 0 °C to 45 °C. You
cannot charge the battery outside the charging
temperature range of 0 °C to 45 °C for safety

the battery is charging.

Solution
