FCN Entry "Changeover"

You can use the FCN entry "Changeover" for the follow-
ing functions (must be configured by System Support):
• Consultation (return to the held call or the held con-
ference)
• Split
• Second call acceptance
• Group call acceptance
Second call
Ö
You hear a camp-on tone. Call information appears on
the display.
FCN
Press the display key.
OK
Select and confirm.
Accept the camped-on call.
Split
You are connected to two different parties. One party is
waiting.
FCN
Press the display key.
OK
Select and confirm to switch to the other party. The first
party is placed on hold.
Consultation hold
You call a second party. The second party does not an-
swer.
FCN
Press the display key.
OK
Select and confirm to revert to the held party or confer-
ence.
Group call
You are connected to a party. A group call is received.
Information about the group call appears on the display.
FCN
Press the display key.
OK
Select and confirm to accept the group call; the first par-
ty is placed on hold.
