Select an Output Tray for a printed list.
"Outer" is available when the optional Paper
Transport Unit is installed.
Enable or disable the duplex printing of a
received original.
For details about the duplex printing of a
received original, refer to Duplex Recording
in the Operating Instructions (For Facsimile
and Internet Fax) of provided CD-ROM.
Select a Special Tray that will not be used for
printing received faxes (Tray 1 - 4). One tray
must always be available for receiving Faxes.
You can specify one Tray (1 - 4) for each
selection NO. 1, 2, and 3.
Ex: Exclude Tray 1 if colour paper is loaded
on Tray 1.
Display the status of optional memory card.
(Base Memory + Optional Memory)
Set the default setting for the Multi Station
function.
• Off
The document is sent to a single destination
only.
Select the "Multi Station" button to allow
sending documents to multiple destinations.
• On
Allows sending the document to multiple
destinations.
• Invalid
The document can be sent to a single
destination only.
When set to "Invalid", Group Dialling is not
available.
Program Dialling with multiple destinations
set is available even when set to "Invalid".

refer to Preventing Accidental
Transmission to Multiple Destinations in
the Operating Instructions (For Facsimile and
Internet Fax) of provided CD-ROM.
Enable the machine to switch automatically to
the Fax mode by detecting fax number input on
the copy screen.
Set the number of digits to interpret it as a fax
number.
