Set the Dial Prefix number (up to 4 digits).
When the machine detects a 10-digit
telephone number (excluding any characters
such as "-") being dialled, it will automatically
append the preset Dial Prefix number.
When the telephone number is less or more
than 10-digits in length, the Dial Prefix
number is not appended.
This feature is available in certain countries
only.
Set whether to confirm the destinations.
When set to "Valid", the document cannot be
sent unless the destination is confirmed.

function, refer to Confirming the Destination
in the Operating Instructions (For Facsimile
and Internet Fax) of provided CD-ROM.
Set the Job Tracking under the following
conditions.
When "45 User Authentication" in the
General Settings is set to "On" (Copy, Fax,
Scan, or Print) and "54 Fax Forward" in the
Fax Parameters is set to "Invalid".
Set to "Valid" to enable the RightFax function.
