GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Switching On and Off
1. The unit will automatically switch to standby mode once the AC power source is connected
2. Switch on the device from standby mode by pressing the STANDBY/ON/FUNCTION
button.
3. Switch the device to standby mode by pressing and holding the STANDBY/ON/FUNCTION
button. The display backlight of LCD will become dim and show the current time in standby
mode.
Selecting the Input Source
1.
Having switched on the unit, press the STANDBY/ON/FUNCTION button to select the
desired audio source. The sequence is FM, AM, iPod and AUX.
2.
The default mode is in FM, and the last input source used is automatically selected.
Adjusting the Volume
1. The volume can be adjusted by pressing the VOL +/- buttons.
2. Press the VOLUME + to increase the volume.
3. Press the VOLUME - to decrease the volume.
4. The volume level range from level 00 – 32.
5. BASS ON/OFF switch is located at the back of the unit; switch on the BASS to enhance the
bass sound.
Setting Clock
1. In standby mode, press and hold SLEEP / CLOCK SET button until
"12H" flashes.
2. Press TUNE / SKIP
SLEEP / CLOCK SET button to confirm the hour system setting.
3. The HOUR start to flash, press TUNE / SKIP
set the HOUR and press SLEEP / CLOCK SET button to confirm
the HOUR.
4. The MINUTE start to flash, press TUNE / SKIP
set the MINUTE and press SLEEP / CLOCK SET button to confirm
the MINUTE.
5. At any stage, if no key is pressed for approx. 5 seconds, the last selected value is
automatically saved.
Setting Alarm
1. In standby mode, press and hold the MEMORY/ALARM SET button, the alarm icon will
appear and flash on the LCD display.
