Web browser overview

The TVR 20 Web browser lets you view, record, and play back videos as well as
manage all aspects of the system from any PC with Internet access. The browser's
easy-to-use controls give you quick access to all TVR 20 functions. See Figure 52
below for a description of the Web browser screen.

Description
Control live and recorded remote video streams through
streaming. Click the Main or Sub buttons to select the stream.
The icons have identical functions to that of the menu toolbar
on the DVR (see "Overview of the Menu toolbar" on page 61).
However, there are two extra icons:
Live mode icon: Click to view the selected camera
or cameras in live mode.
Search icon: Click to open the Quick Search
screen. This screen allows you to search recorded
videos, do playback, and archive files.
Change the multiscreen display layout by clicking on one of
the icons listed.
Control the operation of PTZ cameras using this control
interface. Select a camera by clicking on its cameo. See
"Controlling a PTZ camera" on page 43 for further information
on controlling a PTZ camera.
Click the icons to do the following functions:
Record the live mode recordings from the currently
selected cameras to the location specified on the PC.
