3.12 Wax mark in tandem feeding mode

 Symptom
Wax precipitated from toner may attach to the tandem assembly guide and roller, causing
marks shaped like raindrops in the image.
 Field Remedy
Clean the roller and the guide of the tandem feed assembly.

a. Open the front cover of the sub station.
