Make sure that the machine is in the
Ready mode. Press Menu, 5, 6, then
press Mono Start or Color Start to print
the drum dot check sheet.

Turn off the machine. Disconnect all
cables, and then unplug the power cord
from the electrical socket.

Press the front cover release button and
then open the front cover.

Hold the green handle of the drum unit.
Pull the drum unit out until it stops.
