14. The Key backlight does not turn on.
Does the power turn on?

Do all the Key backlight LEDs remain off?

Is there 2.75 V of electric potential difference
between both ends of R1046 when trying to
turn on the Key backlight?

Is the voltage 0 V on CN1000 pin 18?

CN1000 is defective or mounted improperly.
