The appliance does not heat up.
The appliance does not produce
any steam.

Possible cause

Solution
Check the mains plug and the wall socket.
Press the on/off button to switch on the appli-
ance.
Let the appliance heat up for approx. 2 minutes.
Lift the steamer head to straighten the hose
vertically. This allows any condensation to flow
back into the water tank.
Fill water tank to the MAX level indication.
Place the steamer on the floor.
