1.9.3 Installation of the Current Measuring Jig
(1) Attach the bracket and the round terminal of
the brown cord from the jig detection connector
in common (1 screw) to the shaft jig . Pass
the jig through the cleaner unit.
Notes: 1. When passing the shaft from the outside of
the cleaner, insert the thinner part of the shaft
at first.
2. The drum blade should be released by rotat-
ing the cam before the first.
(2) Pass the current measuring jig through the
shaft jig and align the shaft fastening bush to
the rear hole of the cleaner unit. Fix the bracket
to the cleaner unit (1 screw).
Notes: 1. Check the shaft fastening bush alignment
again to fix the bracket.
2. Use care to prevent damage to the edge of
the separation claws.
(3) Fix the shaft fastening bush to the shaft jig
from rear side of the cleaner unit (1 screw).
(4) Install the cleaner unit to the copier (2 screws), and connect the jig detection connector to the
developer unit connector of the copier.
Fix the green cable of the current measuring jig to the machine frame.
Notes 1. Move the current measuring jig to the center of the cleaner unit.
2. Use care to prevent damage to the edge of the separation claws.
3. High-voltage adjustment is rejected if the jig detection connector is not connected (except the
developer bias adjustment).
