1: Introduction Kenwood 72X and 62X TrueX User's Guide
This is an internal CD-ROM drive, which requires an available 5.25 inch
(half-height) drive bay (Figure 1-1). If you do not have an open bay available,
you must remove a device from the machine to make room for your new CD-ROM
drive. See your computer manual or hardware manufacturer for more information.

TOOLS YOU MAY NEED:

• Phillips screwdriver
• Flat-Blade screwdriver
• Needle-nose pliers
Please consult your computer's documentation to determine any other tools that
may be necessary.
Note: As with any computer component, your 72X or 62X TrueX™ CD-ROM Drive can be damaged by
static electricity; please take care to ground yourself (by touching a grounded metal object) before han-
dling the drive or your PC.
