Please make sure whether the SIM-UIM card can be identified on your mobile phone.
Different mobile phone standard may support for different kinds of SIM/UIM cards; for more
details, please consult your mobile phone provider.
Please check whether the SIM/UIM card has opened the Internet access service? You can
contact the Operator to open the Internet access service.
Please make sure whether the SIM/UIM card has arrears. Network operators may stop to
provide Internet access service to the SIM/UIM card that has arrears.
Please check whether the data traffic limit is set, if setting, when the data traffic is reached to
the limited, it will not be able to connect to the Network.
Reset the default settings for the access point:
Enter into the "Settings" interface, in "More" option, click the "Mobile network > Access
Point Name", and open the options menu, click the "Reset to default", after completing the
reset, please connect network again.
