Why are the photos blurred?

1. Check if the camera lens is dirty, clean the lens and take photo again.

2. Unfinished focus will lead to blurry photos, the camera's focus time is about 1.5

seconds, and please wait until the camera finish focus before taking a photo .

3. Try to avoid a sene lack of light when taking photos.

4. The sharpness of the picture is related to the scene you are shooting, please select

the camera mode suitable for the shooting scene and adjust the camera parameters.

5. If the problem still persists, please contact Huawei customer service or take your

phone and purchase invoice to a service center for inspection.

Point the lens at the object that you want to photograph, and the camera will focus

automatically or you can also manually touch the screen to focus. It takes about 1.5

seconds for the camera to focus, so please wait until the camera finish focusing before

taking a photo.

If the focus frame turns red, it means that the camera failed to focus. Please move the

lens and focus again.

The photo size depends on the camera resolution. The higher the resolution, the larger

the photo.

Enter the camera preview mode and select

resolution.

The size of a photo can also be changed by opening the photo using Gallery or

another third-party app and cropping the image.
