1. Confirm whether the phone is set to mute the media volume in video playback
interface, press on the volume up key to improve the video playback volume.
2. Confirm whether the video player app is set to mute, unmute settings.

4. Try to play this video on another phone to check whether the video file has
problems.
5. Replace other video files to check whether the video player has problems.
6. Restart the phone and try again.
