1101 - DSS Console Extension Assignment

Description
Use Program 1101 - DSS Console Extension Assignment to iden-
tify which extensions have DSS Consoles connected.
In 28i/124i, you can have up to 4 different extensions with DSS
Consoles. A single extension can have up to 2 DSS Consoles (8
maximum per system).
In 384i, you can have up to 8 different extensions with DSS
Consoles. A single extension can have up to 4 110-button DSS
Consoles (32 maximum consoles per system).
In 704i, you can have up to 16 different extensions with DSS
Consoles. A single extension can have up to 4 110-button DSS
Consoles (64 maximum consoles per system).
When programming, each extension/DSS Console(s) combination is
called a Console Number. In 28i/124i, there are 4 Console Numbers
(1-4). In 384i, there are 8 Console Numbers (1-8). In 704i, there are
16 Console Numbers (1-16). You assign Console Numbers to exten-
sions. When entering data, you normally make the assignment for
Console Number 1 first.

24-button DSS consoles cannot be daisy-chained.e

DSS Consoles are not assigned to any extensions.

To enter data for Program 1101 (DSS Console Extension
Assignment):
1. Enter the programming mode.
2. 1101 + HOLD.

3. Enter the Console Number (1-16) you want to assign + HOLD.
DSS_n:n
The previously programmed value displays.
4. Enter the number of the extension port (28i=1-20, 124i-1-72,
384i=1-256, 704i=1-640) you want to assign to the Console
Number selected in the previous step + HOLD
DSS No?
5. Repeat from step 3 to select another Console Number (1-16).
OR
HOLD to exit.
