PMS Message Time
This timer starts when the Message
Start character (STX) is received. If
the End of Message character (ETX)
is not received, the system has the
option of ignoring the message or
sending a Non-Acknowledge (NAK)
signal to the PMS to have the mes-
sage resent. (Program 2803, Item 4
must be set to '1').
When messages are slowed by the
NVM, increase this time.
