BOARD SETUP
Install the boards in the computer.
There are three boards to be installed.
1. Video compression board (TARGA200DV board)
2. SCSI board
3. JOG board [AY-RP500 board (JOG board)]
Preparation
1. Turn off the computer.
2. Open the case of the computer. For details on how to do so, refer to the instruction manual that was provided with the computer.
3. Confirm which PCI slot (the white connector on the motherboard) the video card is installed in. If the video card is already in the
PCI slot that is the farthest from the CPU, you do not need to move the video card.
4. In all other cases, move the video card according to the procedure described in steps 5 through 8 below.
5. Remove the screws that secure the cover for the PCI slot that is farthest from the PCI, and then remove that cover.
6. Remove the screws that secure the cover for the video card, and then remove the video card.
7. Plug the video card into the PCI slot that is farthest from the PCI, and secure the cover in place with the screws.
8. Store the screws and cover that were removed in a safe place.
