Specifies if and how each device is used for message notification.
If Scheduled is selected here, follow the steps below to specify the time frame:
1.
Click a day (Sunday – Saturday) tab.
2.
Click Enable Time Frame No. 1 or 2.
3.
Enter the start and end times in the Start At (HH:MM) and End At (HH:MM) fields.
4.
To specify if sent voice message or fax image files are deleted from the Unified Message system after they
are sent by e-mail, select "Yes" for Delete After Send (Voice File) or Delete After Send (Fax File).
5.
Repeat steps 1 to 4 for each day to be programmed, and then click OK.
Value Range
Not use: The selected device is not used for message notification.
