Upgrading the CPU
If you need to remove/replace your CPU contact your field sales
representative.
Do not try to remove/replace your system CPU. The EMC2
!
socket on the board is delicate and could be damaged during
removal and replacement.
Caution
Installing the On-board Disk Drives
The CPV5300 has an optional, on-board EIDE drive and a floppy drive.
Installation Instructions
Use the following procedure to install the on-board disk and floppy drives.
You need a number one Phillips screwdriver for this procedure.
1. Remove power from the chassis and disconnect all power cords.
2. Remove the CPV5300 from the chassis.
