Login restricted time
Cause
When performing user authentication with MS-CHAPv2, authentication failed
because the authentication server responded with notification that the logon is
restricted at the current time.
Remedy
Confirm the following:
Whether the account and policy settings of the authentication server are
correct. If a logon restriction time is set for the user account on the
authentication server side, change the settings as necessary.
Whether the user name is correct. (See "If EAP-TTLS or PEAP is set as the
EAP type," on p. 2-20.)
User name is disabled.
Cause
When performing user authentication with MS-CHAPv2, authentication failed
because the authentication server responded with notification that the user
account is disabled.
Remedy
Confirm the following:
Whether the account and policy settings of the authentication server are
correct. If the account is disabled, enable it.
Whether the user name is correct. (See "If EAP-TTLS or PEAP is set as the
EAP type," on p. 2-20.)
MSCHAPv2 password expired.
Cause
When performing user authentication with MS-CHAPv2, authentication failed
because the authentication server responded with notification that the password
has expired.
Remedy
Confirm the following:
Whether the account and policy settings of the authentication server are
correct. If the password is expired, set a password that has not expired.
Whether the user name is correct. (See "If EAP-TTLS or PEAP is set as the
EAP type," on p. 2-20.)
