Connecting a playback device
You can connect a wide variety of playback devices to this device, for
example MP3 or CD players . Please refer to the operating instructions of the
respective device . Switch off all devices before connecting them .
NOTE
►
When playing back music via the AUX connections, the
trol are inactive . You can, however, turn the MUTE function on and off using
the
playback device that you have connected .

Before starting playback, set a moderate volume . When you reach the
maximum volume, you will hear a signal and the volume can no longer be
increased .
Connecting a playback device using a 3 .5 mm jack cable

Connect the line-out connector of the external device (e .g . headphone socket)
via a 3 .5 mm jack cable to the AUX 1 socket
