6.1 Troubleshooting of the Power System

1) Fault
POWER LED run is OFF or blinks.
2) Troubleshooting
Check:
Whether the power switch of the Eudemon200 is turned on.
Whether the power supply switch is turned on.
Whether the power cord of the Eudemon200 is properly connected.
Whether the power supply suits the requirement of the Eudemon200. If AC power
is used, check the AC OK LED. Steady on means the input voltage is normal (AC:
90-264V; DC: -36- -72V), off means the input voltage is abnormal.
Caution:
Do not plug/unplug the power cord when the power is ON. After having checked the items above, if the
POWER LED is still OFF, contact the agent.

6.2 Troubleshooting of the Configuration System

After the Power-On Self-Test (POST) of the Eudemon200, if the system operates
normally, the start-up information should be displayed on the console terminal; If the
configuration system has some fault, the terminal may not display anything or may
display only illegible characters.

1) Fault
After the Power-On Self-Test (POST) of the Eudemon200, the terminal does not display
any information.
