Interlock program

The interlock program described here prevents Automatic address detection command (Yn1) from being turned on
while parameter access is being executed
automatic address detection.
The following shows an interlock program in which the start I/O number of the master module is assigned to X/Y00 to
X/Y1F.

is on.
