13.1 Waffles (Belgian style)

For these recipes, use the interchangeable
plates for waffles|7a.
Basic waffle recipe
• 5 eggs
• 200 g sugar
• 2 packets of vanilla sugar
• 250 g butter
• 500 g flour
• 5 g baking soda
• 400 ml milk
