3.4.2 Setting the Conversion Time Per Channel

Thermocouples, resistance-type sensors and other sensors for general applications can be
connected to the analog inputs.
Setting the conversion time of the analog-to-digital converter fixes the resolution of the analog
input signals in encoding units.
The conversion time per channel is selected with jumper D on the plug connectors X6/X7.
With the special function "measured value acquisition on channel 13 and 14" the conversion
time is fixed at 55 ms. The permissible thermocouples and resistance-type sensors allow the
following maximum setpoint temperatures for the selectable conversion times from the sensor
voltage:
