Call Management

Using Call Management > Transaction Boxes > Profile, the system manager can add
transaction boxes one at a time or a range of boxes at once. Specify the owner, box
name, the start and ending system IDs, and optionally define a prefix or suffix for the
IDs for the transaction boxes.
Only the owner of a transaction box can use a phone conversation to change the
transaction box greeting.

Set personal profile preferences: Record name, set automatic log on from a
specific phone, select message playback device, list in directory, set tracking
options, select recipients by name or extension, and change their password.
Subscribers use the Mailbox Manager E-mail page to change their e-mail
address for message notification, forward voice messages to e-mail, forward
faxes to e-mail, and receive e-mail notification for new voice messages.
Subscribers use the Mailbox Manager Greetings page to enable standard, busy,
or alternate greetings and record their greetings.
Transfer and Screening options: Subscribers can transfer calls from the
automated attendant to an extension, personal phone number, or voice mail.
Subscribers can enable screening options to play a note before connecting a
caller, play the caller name, ability to accept or reject a call, play the caller name
in the message, announce the recipient's name, allow incoming callers to hold,
copy messages to another extension and delete on copy.
Notification preferences: Subscribers can change notification preferences
using the Mailbox Manager Notification page. Subscribers can enable up to five
devices and set the phone number and schedule for each device.
Default notifications are configured using the Web Administration Console
Subscribers > Subscribers > Notifications page or the Subscribers > Subscriber
Template > Notifications page.
Messaging Groups: Subscribers can create and manage groups for sending
messages.
