7. Push the blade unit 4 and the shaving attachment 5 back to-
gether and close the blade unit 4, so that it clicks into place.
8. Push the shaving attachment 5 back onto the shaver 8, and
ensure that it clicks firmly into place.
NOTE: for thorough cleaning, an ultrasonic bath is recommended.

7.3 Beard trimmer attachment

• Remove the comb attachment 1. Rinse the comb attach-
ment 1 with water and let it dry before reattaching it to the
device.
• Remove the hair remnants from the beard trimmer attach-
ment 3 by using the cleaning brush 20 included in the deliv-
ery.
• Every 6 months or so, apply a few drops of oil to the cutting
edge of the beard trimmer attachment 3. Using a soft, lint-
free cloth, wipe off the surplus oil, if necessary. Only use
acid-free oil, such as e.g. sewing machine oil.
